8. October 2014 - An innovative product is made: glass lifting device for window renovations

KS Rob 180: especially made for glass installations on upper floors

What makes it even more special is that our KS Rob 180 can simply be dismantled and, therefore, easy to use on building sites. Thanks to its machinery equipment, such as an electric drive and high-quality engine for an automatically turning, lowering and swinging of glass elements you do not have to work without the necessary ease of assembly.

There is no installation device comparable to the modern and electrically powered glass lifting machines for companies focused on renovation of old buildings. Usually, such devices are very heavy and hard to handle. Therefore, we have set ourselves the task to develop a lifting machine suitable for such application areas. The result is a totally new product: KS Rob 180.

Particular attention has been given to constructing the KS Rob 180 with a minimum of individual components, which in addition may also have a very low own weight. Furthermore, as many components as possible should be equipped with plug connections in order to dismantle the machine and to start quickly with the renovation. A vacuum suction device and an electric drive ensure a comfortable a simple operation. Lifting, lowering and telescoping of glass elements and windows can easily be done by an electric control through pushing a button.

Our new constructed vacuum suction device offers a major advantage for the window installation. With immediate effect it is possible to react more flexible to the situations on building sites. Whether large or small window elements, round arches or windows with special frames, trapeze or special forms, all requirements can simply be realised thanks to our flexible adjustment possibilities of the vacuum suction pads.

You can experience our glass master KS Rob 180 live at the fair "Glasstec" in Düsseldorf dated 21.-24.10.2014, hall 9C38.
